The classes focuses on:- stretching exercises, simple asanas and pranayamas; relaxation techniques, recreational activities and laughter exercises, which recharge and re-energise oneself to prevent health problems.

Activities are based on:- conceptual games increasing concentration; mind and memory training to grow confidence; yoga exercises, moral values and healthy routines.

Teachers Training    

1 year Certified course, endorsed by International Board of Yoga, India

FEES: HK$8800 for 150 hours.

After completion of LMYC Intermediate course

Private Coaching     New Registration $50

FEES: HK$500 per session (90 mins)

Private class can be arranged for min. 5 sessions (at your home) for general practice or pregnancy or special needs.

Short Courses

Can be arranged for a group of 10 or more people.
