"Yoga is a way of life and the
wisdom which awakens your inner self, whereby you can
achieve a blissful state
of mind that you do not want to depart
from at any cost and in any
situation." This is what Sangeeta Ahuja
feels about yoga.
She has been practising yoga for 18 years and has done the Teachers
Training course
at The Yoga Institute, Mumbai,
the oldest yoga school in the
world (since 1918).
Sangeeta is a member of the International Board of Yoga, Mumbai and
also a member
of the Yoga Society of Hong Kong.
She has been actively sharing the yogic knowledge since last six
years, whereby thousands have benefited in one way
or the other.
Seeing Sangeeta's enthusiasm, her husband Ramesh Ahuja, who is a
businessman,
also did the Teacher's
Training course and takes care of the
corporate sector.
Hence, the culmination of the Life Management Yoga Centre, a non
profit institution, which aspires to teach
ashtanga yoga in its true perspective,
bringing its benefits to all
Hong Kong residents.
It
now offers Level I, Level II, Level III, and Level IV based on the
traditional style of Yoga.
