Joining Yoga Teacher’s training at Lmyc is 1 of the best decision taken in my life. Life & I evolved so very well with each learning & every experience. Yoga teaches you to live. And you begin to be aware of yourself.

Life lesson I learned is to “LIVE INTEGRATEDLY”. Whatever you do wherever you go, do it as a whole of Mind, Body & soul, as a Union.

I am so blessed to be learned, trained, healed & revived under Sangeeta Mam. Her nurture & acceptance to all her students is timeless.
Thank you so much Mam for everything you gave me as your blessings.

Joanne, TTC

The ATTC provides a very good environment to delve into the world “Yoga”. During the months, we have to explore, with the help of great instructors from LMYC, the meaning of Yoga to ourselves. Why do we practise asanas? Why do we do meditation? Why do we adopt a yogic lifestyle? And more importantly, what does yoga mean to us?

I will describe it as an inspirational and beautiful spiritual journey towards my true self. From ATTC, I learnt some very useful and practical techniques to calm my mind down when I am in a staggering state. I was also taught to communicate with my spiritual self to study my real self.

All credits go to the sophisticated teaching methodology developed by Yoga Institute and LMYC. Unlike other teaching courses that may primarily focus on asana training, this ATTC pays more time and attention on meditation, study of Yoga Sutras and philosophy of different schools of yoga. I believe students will be offered a more comprehensive exposure of Yoga from this teaching style.

There is a minor suggestion. Students will be easier to follow the course if a detailed lesson timetable is given at the beginning of ATTC, instead of issuing it a few days before the school day every week. It is sometimes quite confusing that we don’t know what we are going to learn in the next lessons.

ELIZABETH POON

“Dear sangeeta, I would like to express my thanks to you for conducting meaningful yoga classes. After joining the class I feel an increased sense of well being, both mental and physical. I was suffering from hyperthyroidism a year ago – now I am cured and do not have to take medicines anymore”

LUCY

(Secretary)

“I decided to start learning yoga because I got serious pain in neck, shoulders and back. Only lying down was comfortable. After 8 months of Asana practice at LMYC I only feel pain when I work too much…”

CEPHAS KAM

(Senior Training Officer, Civil Service Training & Development Institute)

“I have family history of high blood pressure. After practicing yoga for 3 years with LMYC I have learnt to respect my body and it respects me too. I know some breathing methods to restore my BP to normal…”

CHRIS LEE

(Bank employee)

“To most people yoga means a physical exercise. After joining LMYC for me it is much more. I was a stressful person and felt upset with colleagues. After I tried to implement the ways I learnt at the centre the working is much easier and my temper under control…”

GIOVANNA GUERRERA

(Marketing & Sales Manager)

“2003 was a year full of tragic events, Mastectomy for cancer, son’s life threatening accident, second operation and malignant neurome which left my right foot numb forever. The yoga teacher of my gym suggested LMYC. I joined LMYC and begun my journey to a positive recurrence of cancer because I know that I have become stronger and fearless to fight it again… LMYC is lot more… A school of life.”

SADIA LIU

(Training & Development Manager)

“I do not like heavy exercise. I joined one yoga school and could not perform the posture. They wanted me to do shoulder stand at the first lesson! Then I joined LMYC and found the teaching method was really unique. On the first day only stretching exercises. Great for me! The theory delivered by Sangeeta during the lesson(s) helped me change my thoughts… Now I have mission, to learn more about yoga and spread good things…”
